Prior to starting Vibgyor in 1996 he has worked in many Private, Government and Semi-Government Organisations across India. His interest areas are Plastic Processing and Technical Textiles.

In bank he has held many managerial and administrative positions and retired in 2015 from a Senior position. Now he is settled in Mumbai and got involved in family business.
